Justice Subodh Shah
Justice Subodh Shah is a distinguished former judge of the Gujarat High Court with extensive experience in judicial administration and legal technology. He was appointed as a Member of the Standing Committee of the Supreme Court of India, overseeing the e-Courts Project, which focused on the digital transformation of India’s judiciary. As the head of the Supreme Court’s E-Committee, he played a pivotal role in modernizing court systems across the country.
During his tenure, Justice Shah presided over more than 17,000 cases, demonstrating his expertise in constitutional, civil, and commercial law. His contributions to legal reform, particularly in advancing technology in the judicial process, have left a lasting impact on India’s legal landscape. At 5 Points Chambers, he brings his deep legal acumen and commitment to justice to the team’s arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution expertise.
Justice Rajesh Tandon
Justice Rajesh Tandon is a highly respected former judge of the Uttarakhand High Court with a distinguished career in both judicial and academic spheres. He has been appointed as a Lok Adalat Member in Uttarakhand, playing a key role in alternative dispute resolution. He also serves as the Vice President of the Association of Retired Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts of India and as Chairman of its Legal Committee.
Justice Tandon is actively involved in legal education and judicial training, holding leadership positions at the Amity Law Foundation and Amity Judicial Academy. In addition to his judicial and legal contributions, he serves as the Chairperson of the Appeal Committee for the All India Football Federation.

Iram Majid is a distinguished legal professional with over 21 years of experience in arbitration and mediation, having worked across continents and contributed significantly to advancing dispute resolution practices. She has presided over numerous arbitration cases and mediated over 500 disputes.
Dilruba Qureshi
Ms Qureshi is a dynamic advocate who regularly appears in courts at all levels. She has substantial experience in immigration law including asylum, human rights and entry clearance matters. She has conducted Judicial Review applications and drafted appeals to the Court of Appeal.
