Our Employment is a dedicated group of specialists covering all areas of employment and discrimination law.
This includes discrimination within the context of transport, education and housing. we are regularly instructed to act on behalf of employees and employers in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment-related litigation, from providing expert advice on compliance and drafting contractual terms to representation before the Courts and Employment Tribunals in the UK and overseas on issues such as restrictive covenants and injunctions to protect business interests.
We have extensive experience in public and private-sector case work at all levels.

CIVIL LITIGATION
We provide considerable expertise and substantial experience in a wide range of Civil Litigation especially where there is interaction with civil and other jurisdictions such as in Trusts of Land Act matters and also in the Court of Protection.
Our members are ideally placed to represent vulnerable adults and are instructed in, for example, applications under the Mental Capacity Act and those involving deprivation of liberty as well as the Court’s powers of decision-making over an individual’s financial and other arrangements.
Chambers offers expertise in contractual disputes, ecclesiastical matters, general property litigation including landlord and tenant, boundary disputes, easements, town and country planning, environmental protection issues, undue influence, wills, probate and estate administration.
Family Law and Children
As well as being specialists in general Family law, Our Barristers are acutely aware of the needs of separating parents who are going through the delicate process of formalising arrangements concerning the care of their children. Members are able to deal with these often very difficult proceedings in a sensitive and professional manner. In addition, our team has extensive experience of dealing with individuals seeking protection from domestic violence.
